Buy Me This: Bradley 6 Rack Digital Smoker

If you know me irl, then you know I love to BBQ. Being from California I have been doing it for as long as I can remember. I feel completely at home behind a charcoal grill (never propane).

Having said that, I know very little about smoking meat. I have always wanted to try it but the hours of carefully watching the temp and smoke level have always held me back.

Recently I saw this Bradley digital smoker which takes some of the guess work out of the process. I feel like this is something I can use to learn and still make a some great smoked meat.
