I need this yesterday
As most of you know I am both an early adopter and a Mac fan. One issue I have with Apple, though, is that they don’t do enough with Apple TV. It could be so much better then it is now. It should be a media control center, not just a place to buy and store movies from iTunes or your old DVDs (if you know how).
That’s were the Eye TV comes in to fill in the gap. Want to stream your DVR to you iPad or Mac or iPhone? Can do. Want to edit out the commercials and save it on your Mac’s hard drive for the next long plane flight? No problem.
Now this is not a stand-alone product like the Apple TV. You have to plug into your Mac, but at $200.00 it’s hard to beat.
