Guess the Random Lyric: Me-1: You-0

Wow, at first I thought that maybe no one had visited the site yesterday. But when I checked the numbers, it looked like we actually had a better than average Monday. And that’s when I realized that people just honestly didn’t know that yesterdays lyric was from “It Looks Like (I’m Never Going To Fall In Love Again)” by Tom Jones. Moment of silence for that.

I know Kyle from Frank’s Wild Lunch disagrees with me about this artist in general. But in my opin this is one of the best bitter love songs of all time. I listened to this A LOT while writing the angry break-up bits in my last collection of plays. And I challenge you to show me somebody who hasn’t felt like going dark and rogue like these lyrics after getting dumped:

I should probably feel cheap but I just feel free…
and a little bit empty
