Guess the Random Lyric: Today is Tuesday, Sept. 16
So Zacki from Tall Glass of Shame apparently heard “Mellow Yellow” in a store over the weekend. He asked his friend for the name of the song, just in time to guess the random lyric correctly on Monday. So fair warning to the rest of you, he might have some kind of mystical connection with the “Guess The Random Lyrics.” Let’s keep our eye on him.
That all said, who plaintively wailed,
its love that leaves and breaks
the seal of always thinking you would be
real happy and healthy strong and calm
The only thing that I don’t like about this song, is that I discovered it after I was in a healthy and happy relationship. Man, I would have loved to have had it during a break-up. Ah well, next lifetime.

And though I’ve been fairly consistant about not shopping at The Gap over the past few years, I’ll always be grateful to them for hooking me up with this song.
