ring, the then-wife of Alan Thicke, mother of Robin Thicke, and MIL of Paula Patton. So now you’ve won the week early, but we’ll see who comes out on top today with Black Artist Friday.

This singer was named to a list of the 20 most stylish black women ever along with Michelle Obama and Grace Jones. I defended her as style icon, but a few of my FB friends begged to differ. What do you think?
