One More Thing Before We Go: Chocolate News

So Chocolate News is set to premiere on Comedy Central this Wednesday, Oct. 15 at 10:30pm/9:30c. Now, when I heard the concept of this show, a Daily Show with black people, I was so on board, since I’m still seriously annoyed that it took The Daily Show like FOREVER to hire a black correspondent. But this seems more warmed-up Chappelle Show than clever Daily Show. I still plan to watch (at least the first episode), but I’m bracing myself for some serious disappointment, since I didn’t laugh once during the below extended trailer. I’m sad that we couldn’t do better than this.
