One More Thing Before We Go: Good Advice About Advice
If you know me, you know that I’ve often complained about my sister refusing to take the (really good) advice that I give her. Somehow, it never occured to me that I might have come off as (more than) a bit obnoxious. Then I read this post on advice by the Anonymous Smithie, and it completely made my weekend with my sister way more pleasant. We only got in one fight, and that one was totally called for, b/c she really does need to get rid of her dinosaur of a computer and get a proper desk.
Anywho, this article is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the same boat. I was going to say that you “should read this article” — but if you read it, you’ll see why I didn’t.
