One More Thing Before We Go: Now That’s What I Call Great Art
For our LA-based nerds, my favorite art gallery right now is Gallery 1988, thanks to their aforementioned He-Man show. And starting tomorrow they’re featuring art inspired by the series that made me love sci-fi in the first place, The Twilight Zone. If I were any more there, I’d be there right now, but alas, it doesn’t open til tomorrow. Click on the pic for more details. [Source: Gallery 1988 via io9]
LOVE this!!!
I remember the new Twilight Zone in the 80s. There was an episode of some little creature that lived in the house & came out of these little tiny doors like in my grandparents' house. It creeped me out to no end…
As far as episodes that completely creeped me the eff out, I would have to vote for the one with the guy that had no time to read, and then there's some kind of 'lypse and he's all like, “Yay, I'll finally have time to read.” But then he breaks his glasses… For a coke-bottle glasses kid like me that was the very height of horror.
