Hey-ho, taking over today’s PoT!, since T.E.’s in my usual blogumn spot. All I have to say is that I must be desperate to see black women on television, b/c I’m actually thinking of watching this, even though it hits upon a few of my black women show sore spots: SATC-retread, everybody’s glamorous, nobody’s quirky or even the least bit nerdy. Sigh. One day…

It would appear to be a series of strung together cliches and pop-culture-isms. To me it sounded more like a bunch of 7th grade girls sitting around imitating adults. Where’s the emotional truth? The major flaws (though I guess one could argue hyper-vanity and uber-shallowness to be flaws)? The things that make these women human and likable? Not in the trailer. ETC, write that script, PLEASE!
