One week at a time, so that you’ll be ready when you’re finally ready to make your big move? Here’s a resume tip from Monique King-Viehland to get you started: Size really does matter! Especially when it comes to resumes. I know the first thought most people have when crafting their resume is that you want to include every cool thing about yourself. I mean, hey your trying to impress these folks, so you can get a job dang it! But trust me, when it comes to resumes, less is more. So here is a quick rule of thumb: your resume should be no more than one page if you have less than 10 years of experience, or you’re making a career change and your experience isn’t relevant to your new goal or you’ve held one or two positions with the same employer.
