Comfort Welcome

Come home to Elise on top step, wine in hand, waiting. I don new MSU sweatshirt,
Warm and soft; sit a step below, bury my head against her neck, scarf soft on my cheek.
Her words know; she rubs my back and shoulders. Chill night air and the ways to be warm.
