Buy Your Geek This: Turkey Day Special

I have a deep love of cooking outside that I inherited from my father. He had a firm belief that if you couldn’t cook it in the great outdoors (or at least the backyard) it wasn’t worth eating.

With that in mind I have always wanted to try to make a deep fried turkey.  To me this is a combination of cooking and death sport.  With the results being the best turkey you have ever eaten.

I’ve heard most fire departments tell people not to use the deep fryer because of the number of burns and fires.

So with that in mind I want this totally awesome 35-quart deep fryer. I could cook a big turkey and then use the left over oil to fuel my car.

Also please get me this recipe book so I can use my fryer all year long.
