Okay, Kelli from “Fierce in Seattle” guessed correctly that yesterday’s lyric was from “Buffalo Stance” by Neneh Cherry, and now I’m annoyed, because we’re tied. But let’s see how you do today with Soundtrack Wednesday in our Black Female Artist Theme Week.

Okay, this woman has been in the GtRL several times, but you never seem to guess it’s her, even though she like lives on the Top 40 chart. Anywho, I never saw this movie which she starred in and recorded a big hit song for (b/c I knew I wouldn’t enjoy it), but I do love this jam:
