Guess the Random Lyric: Me=1; You=1

Okay, no one guessed correctly that yesterday’s lyric was from “Back on the Chain Gang” by The Pretenders, and now we’re tied going into Soundtrack Wednesday.

I’m only referencing this 80’s British television movie because I know I’m not the only one who watched it every single Halloween … or memorized all the lyrics to this end title song. I’ll take the movie’s name and the name of the sitcom star who played the main villain in the film for the full point.
