Wow, I leave CH alone w/ GtRL for one little week and you guys totally take advantage. Congrats or whatevs to Jennifer from the Internet for getting “Brown Sugar” by the Rolling Stones on Friday, but I’m back now, so that you winning stuff ends right now.

Starting off with Classic Monday. In honor of religion week (more on that in my personal column), we’ve got acts that started off singing in the church before branching out into secular music. Of all the songs that were sampled in 2005, this one was my favorite.
