I would use them so that I wouldn’t step on cats in the dark. They’re always trying to trip me.
I don’t know about yours, but mine is seriously trying to kill me when I wander outside the bedroom at night. I think he’s upset that I don’t allow him to sleep in the bed with me.
I feel for you, cat homicide (or as it’s known in our house catricide) is on the increase.
