One More Thing Before We Go: A Better McRib
So I’ve been told by several people offline that they’ve been mightily tempted to try the McRib, b/c of this Ryan Dixon article. Me too, dude. I finally gave in and had one yesterday … only to find that it wasn’t nearly as good as the one of my childhood. Too many onions and not enough sauce in my opin. Anyway this Saveur recipe for a bigger, saucier, yummier McRib that you can make yourself at home looks very promising. Click on the pic for more info!
I have to say, I tried one based on his ecstatic review, and ….well…. *barf
There is one less person out there gobbling up his precious McRibs, so don’t worry Ryan you have plenty all to yourself. hehehe
However, now I must try this new recipe to compare…
