American Eagle Oracle (Obama’s Healthcare Speech to Congress)

First he set the Congress to squabbling. Then he sat back and watched
The waters break and run, carve their channels and find their depths.
Tonight he climbed the sky ladder, spoke like an oracle of the American eagle.
